Finanzas Feministas: Illustrated Report

Finanzas Feministas is a digital report that seeks to analyze the funding needs and challenges of the feminist solidarity economy.

The main illustration unfolds as a visual landscape that aims to reflect and promote feminist-based social and solidarity economies. The core focus centers on how value is created through care, trust, and collective work.

The composition is not limited to a single place. Instead, it gathers and reflects different regions extracted from the report into a global visual landscape, the place where we would all like to be. It is designed to be immersive, immediate, and dynamic because the perspective simulates a camera traveling through the visual landscape, as if captured by a drone. This allows the viewer to be instantly transported into this atmosphere of collective work. The cover artwork is full-bleed to create a seamless visual connection with the second landscape.

The illustration is composed of modules or scenes that coexist organically as a whole, connecting the regions of southern Latin America with Catalonia across the sea, reflecting a bridge of transnational cooperation. At the same time, this structure allows each module to function independently, complementing the content of the report’s inner pages.

A vibrant palette based on the saturation of yellow and fucsia is proposed. This combination intentionally goes away from gray tones replacing the traditional asphalt, conveying a message of optimism, social transformation, and warmth
